1. Order Cancellation

We understand things can change quickly!

  • You can cancel your order for a 100% full refund if you contact us via email or phone within 24 hours of placing the order.
  • Please email us at motherstory24@gmail.com to initiate the cancellation.

2. 100% Refund for Quality Issues

We guarantee the quality of our products.

  • Customers are eligible for a complete 100% product value refund if the goods received are found to be torn, damaged, or fail to meet our quality standards.
  • To report a quality issue, please email us immediately at motherstory24@gmail.com and clearly explain the issue, attaching any relevant photos.

3. Return Process for Quality Issues

Once your quality issue is approved via email:

  • Customer Convenience: The return needs to be sent by the customer using their preferred courier service and at their own convenience. We are unable to schedule a pick-up request from our end.
  • Refund Initiation: Once the goods are received and inspected at our warehouse, we will process a full refund of the product value back to the customer's original payment method.

4. Returns for Non-Satisfaction (I don't like it)

While we strive for perfection, we understand that sometimes a product might simply not be what you expected:

  • We are generally unable to process a return and full refund based on a change of mind or subjective non-satisfaction (e.g., "I don't like the color/fit" when the product is not damaged).
  • Special Cases: In certain special cases, and at the discretion of the Motherstory team, we may instead offer a discount code of an agreed-upon or equivalent amount, which can be used towards a future purchase.
